Replacement Policy

Products are eligible for replacement within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • The item was damaged during shipping.
  • You received a wrong product.

To qualify for replacement, the product must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Returned in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards (if any).

Steps to Request a Replacement

  2. Share your Order ID, along with clear images/video of the product, packaging, and invoice.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange for the replacement of the product at no extra cost.

Important Notes

  • Replacement requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or without proper packaging/accessories are not eligible for replacement.
