Delivery Timelines
- For most serviceable pin codes, orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from dispatch.
- In remote or special cases (e.g., weather issues, strikes, or stocking delays), delivery may take a little longer.
- Customers will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.
At the Time of Delivery
- If the package appears to be tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery.
- We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening the package. This helps us resolve issues in case of missing or damaged items.
